Support page doesn't offer New Zealand

I hear there is a team in New Zealand developing the software. I suggest they view Virtual DJ on the prime 4 to see how a screen could look. But funnily enough, if you go to the support page and try to contact support, there are loads of countries mentioned, some of them pretty small, but no New Zealand. ■■■! I was trying to ask a question for a machine I purchased second hand but they insist on me supplying proof of purchase info. Please look at your section and update it boys
