Just opened rane system one, the touch screen is stuck on connect to internet page, touch screen doesn’t work, turning on off bring up same screen, how can I hard reset the system or get it past the connect to internet screen , pleeeease help!!! ’

Same issue. Ran through setup per included setup sheet, connected to WiFi, ran updates, rebooted and it’s now frozen on WiFi page. It freezes on the same screen on every power cycle. Support chat AI suggestions did not work. Have a support ticket open but haven’t heard back yet.
Hi All - Can you try and update the unit to 4.5.0 using the following power on combo buttons?
Push Hold [Left Scroll / Load] + [Right Scroll / Load] + Power On

Thanks for your patience while we investigated this behavior. As @aaaguy suggested, please revert to EOS 4.5.0, test functionality, then you may update back to 5.0.3 using the regular methods.

If you are encountering problems with touchscreen response after updating your Rane SYSTEM ONE to version 5.0.3, please follow the instructions below.
We are going to install the Engine DJ 4.5.0 update for your Rane SYSTEM ONE using the link below:
Engine OS 4.5.0 - RS1 | Windows
The links above are the macOS and Windows installer applications. You will need to download the appropriate build for your system, and connect the provided USB cable from your RS1 to your computer in order to install these updates.
With the RS1 powered OFF, press and hold both SCROLL/LOAD knobs down and power ON the unit while continuing to hold the buttons down. When you see ‘Computer Update’, release the buttons, and proceed with the installer linked above.
After a successful downgrade to version 4.5.0, please allow the unit to sit a few minutes after updating. This will allow the unit time to update all internal components after the update has been sent to the unit from the computer. Once you have confirmed functionality from the touchscreen, you may then update back to 5.0.3 using the following methods:

Thank you Aaaguy and Miyagi. I can confirm downgrading to 4.5 using the windows loader, then updating to 5.0.3 using the Windows loader seems to have fixed the problem. Aaaguy, my first update was straight out of the box following the on screen prompts using Wifi. Thanks again for the help guys.
