Purchased used prime 4 also purchased stems licence on first install of engine os, later realised prime 4 was faulty so had to return it, now purchased prime 4+ licence not needed, how do i get a refund on the stems licence as no way of cancelling, useless to me
It’s only a £10 one off payment isn’t it? Surely better to keep the license active in case you ever pick up a device that doesn’t come with it, or play on someone else’s?

Simply contact Support | Engine DJ for this. Nobody on the forum can assist on this.
And yeah, I would leave the 10-er as is, as well.
