Hello I have a stems Certificate and I am trying to get stems from my PC. Laptop on to my prime 4 standalone system. I have plugged the blue cord up and sync the controller to the p. C. And it’s still never except stems on my prime 4. I did read something that said I had to sign off and on.I do not know if that means I have to sign on and off from my prime 4 standalone. Or am I supposed to sign off and back in on DJEngine software? I’m just a little lost and could really use your assistance. Thanks in advance
