Hi - I’ve purchased the stems add-on for £9.99, it shows in my account.
I have Engine desktop 4.3 on a Thinkpad (X280) with 8GB RAM and loads of HD space. When trying to add stems the process just sits at 42% - 46% and fails.
I’ve reooted, tryed to repair the software with the installer and get the same issue. It’s all the same email address that this is logged against.
Any ideas?
The problem may be here, an 8th generation i5 and 8GB of RAM, knowing that Windows probably already has to occupy half of it just to function… it could be complicated for the creation of stems…
On top of what Gaian has suggested, try only analysing a few at a time, don’t overload the device. Also make sure you have plenty of hard drive space available.

Tanks for the replies so far but this isn’t the issue.
I can’t even get as far as analysing the stems as the issue I have is installing the stems patch to Engine. I click the button to add it to Engine, then I can see the process go up then it hangs - so I can’t even install the software despite having ~100gig free on the SSD.
