Soundcloud Go+ subscription songs missing when logged in to engine profile on hardware

Hi!
I have a SC Live 4 and a Numark Mixstream Pro GO (both behave the same). I also have a Soundcloud GO+ Subscription. I have a ticket opened for an very strange issue where the content of SoundCloud changes depending on wether I am logged in my engine dj profile on the hardware or not.

If I am NOT logged in on my hardware and connect SoundCloud using the « code » on the denondj.soundcloud.com website I see the full SoundCloud library, all of it, just like if I was using my phone or macbook.

However, if I am logged in to my Engine DJ profile on the hardware (settings, profile), and connect SoundCloud with the QR and my profile on the engine dj site, then SoundCloud in missing tons of tracks, I mean tons, remixes and uploads are there but many official artists songs are missing

I typically use an SD card on my hardware with all the music I play on the card, however, in parties, if I get a request of something I don’t own, or just feel like playing nostalgia tracks etc., then I rely on SoundCloud to find it and when logged in to my profile I am missing many, many, many mainstream tracks.

A few examples: All Katy Perry « official » discography like, Dark Horse (feat. Juicy J) by Katy Perry, Hot N Cold by Katy Perry, Girl$ by Dom. Most obvious way to replicate this is search for Katy Perry on the search bar on the hardware, you will see none of the Katy Perry songs from Katy Perry, Many remixes and uploaded by other but no « Official » artist tracks.

I don’t understand why, CX Team can’t figure it out, any one else can test this?

I confirm that this problem exists for all of us. I stopped my Soundcloud subscription for this very reason. This has been happening for years.

However, even if you use Soundcloud on your console without the Denon profile account, I found that some tracks are missing or the search results you get on the console are not like those obtained on the website, sometimes tracks are missing. There are strange behaviors.
