Sound only from internal speakers on SC Live 4

Hi , I’m only getting sound from my internal speakers . All knobs are at 12 o’clock . I’ve done a factory reset as well as a firmware update .

I used the controller( Denon SC Live 4) last night with no issues . :man_shrugging:

Any help would be appreciated .
