You can choose what you want to believe or not to believe, but Bluetooth was 100% introduced onto a Beta version and tested by people. It was shown on one of the older devices on Youtube (Mojaxx I believe) and he confirmed there was also testing done on those devices and issues reported.
There will also be Beta testers (like all software companies) who will have had access to that version and will have helped with the testing.
Not everything has to be a conspiracy.
