I have successfully loaded this from a USB drive but how do I copy this to the internal hard drive I installed so it’s always there? If I eject the USB drive, the logo is gone. If I use the browser via the screen I cannot see the logo file as it is not seen as a music track. Doesn’t seem to be a way to do this unless I pull the internal drive, load the logo file into it’s Engine directory and then install the drive again.
Same level of frustration when trying to load files to an iPhone ![]()
Is there not a way to browse the internal drive without having to remove it every time? Is the screen the only way to copy files from a USB? If so, it’s needs to be able to read all files, not just music.

No need to remove the drive. Just put PRIME 4 into USB controller mode to access the drive from you computer over USB.

OK, I have done that, but how do I set the logo to display on the jogwheels?
When I inserted the USB key it worked once, then when I changed tracks it showed the track artwork.
Does not seem to be a way to consistently set the logo as the “default” image.
Would also be great if you could set the jog wheel to read a folder of images, picking at random or on song change.
The option to do this is still an active request from 2 years ago.
