After installing software version 4.3.4 I synchronized my Denon DJ database - everything was fine. Now I wish to upload more music but my Denon DJ can’t be seen by my computer, nothing has changed with cable and hardware/software since the first time I synchronized (30 minutes difference). By the way, I have restarted my computer and the Denon DJ multiple times incase it just needed a reset. Unfortunately I don’t have a spare USB cable, but there again I haven’t done anything with it other than to pull the plug a couple of times to see if that helped.
Does anyone have the same issue or know how to solve this issue?
SOLVED: It seems the cable was an issue. After changing it with a new one everything is fine (-: SOLVED-2: Reused the original cable and everything worked fine - nothing to do with the cable!
