Shut down mid mix

During one of my live sets, my denon prime 4 just stopped all of a sudden. No buttons were responsive and i had to unplug it to get everything back up. Any suggestions? I have a SATA drive and i also have an SD card, now i have to reformat my sd card because some songs are giving me the message of corrupt file, but the tracks i was playing were off of the SATA drive? Help.

Before restarting, did you read on the screen if a message talking about “COREDUMP” had appeared? If this has happened, you can contact the technical service to send that file to them to analyze the cause of the block.

Or you can see in your remote drive (before formatting it) if you have a directory called COREDUMP inside your Engine library.

There was no message at all, it just stopped functioning. Nothing on the unit worked, but it stayed light up.
