Serato cue points missing

Hi all.

I guess that im not the only one with this issue. How can I access my Serato cue points on engine desktop?

I can upload the crates and playlists from Serato, but not the cue points.

I want to manage my music on Serato for obvious reasons ( more options to edit i.e) and then use it in my sc6000.

Any advise ?

I recently rebuilt my Engine library from Serato, and as i recall, any cue points i had placed in Serato were migrated across.

Did you add the music files directly or via iTunes at the initial stage.

The solution to port Serato Hotcues and Loops is to start with a new Engine Library database.

Rename the current one to something else and use the direct Serato Library import in Engine DJ.

There are also paid solutions out there that can just push your serato hotcues to your engine.

thx for the answer.

Actually id did start fresh with a new engine library, new Serato library , and importing the crates directly into engine using the Serato tab on the left side.

I get all the info with the exception of the hot cues. If I use a rekordbox pen drive that was preciously used on my sc6000, I get all the cue points from RB, but I have to first work my playlist on rb, then export to a drive, and then import from a drive to engine. Its a workaround that works but I want to avoid.

lets see if the engine support team finds out the issue.

Are you on Mac or Windows?

Mac , latest OS

I will check it at my end

I haven’t used the Engine DJ Serato import in a while as I have lexicon

my aim is to simplify, so I ll try to survive without lexicon or any other app
