Sc6000m’s with reloop flux

Hello,

I have purchased a flux so I can access Serato Pro with my 6000m’s. My current setup os is: 2x Denon Sc6000m’s Allen & Heath Xone Px5 Reloop Flux Serato pro 3.0.8

The issue is I have everything connected but only one deck lights up, the other I can select layers on the opposite drive but the jog doesn’t work and there’s no crates. Any recommendations? Pretty frustrating.

Thanks Pete

Hi Peter

How are you connecting the SC’s? Direct to the laptop or through Flux built in hub? Or another hub?

…but you can “access” Serato with the SC6000Ms directly. They’re an official accessory.

Hi Stu,

I have the 6000 USbs going to the flux and the flux connected to the laptop via USB-C.

Thanks

Hi,

They are an official accessory so I need the flux which is a Serato device

Does it behave any different if you connect directly to the laptop? Maybe one player to the flux and one to the laptop or both to the laptop?

No I have tried that too, seems to be the same behavior. 1 deck will light up and play the other will not light up but just control the layers. Very strange Thanks

Try

  1. Connect Flux first

  2. Start serato DJ

  3. Wait it’s fully loaded with virtual decks

  4. Connect 1 sc6000m to Mac first, wait till Serato recognizes it. You will see that in lower serato banner

  5. Connect 2nd 6000m via usb to Mac as well

If it doesn’t work, shoot serato a support message.

Don’t forget the usual midi troubleshooting guide they have as well

Thank you, i will give this a shot as well.

Ok so I tried that, same issue. I’ll attach a photo so you can see what I’m talking about. I also ran midi monitor and it shows both 6000’s on channel 1

Best to send serato support a message.
