SC6000 track load problems

I’m having issues with my SC6000 player since upgrading to 2.2.2. Upgraded both the player to os2.2.2 and engine dj on my Mac to 2.2.2. Now when I insert a USB stick, I’m getting playlists freezing whilst scrolling, tracks taking over 5 seconds to load in some instances and then today I received an error - “Failed to load track. Failed to open the file within appropriate time”.

I’ve tried rolling the unit back to 2.2.1 but this doesn’t have any effect and the problems still exist.

Has anybody else encountered any issues and any idea how to resolve this?

  1. USB stick. Test another.

  2. Database issue on the usb stick. Format and export again.

  3. Other issue, including hardware.
