SC6000 touchscreen freeze after update to engine 3.3

My SC6000 standalone touchscreen keeps freezing after a while switching on the unit. This started happening since the 3.3 Engine OS update.

I have two of these units, the other one doesnt have that problem. Maybe something got corrupted during the firmware update. Anyway to get back to factory firmware to check that the unit is functional?

I clicked the reset factory once when the touchscreen worked but Engine was still at v. 3.3. which tells me that wasnt a full factory reset.
