So I might have been looking for this answer in the wrong section, so if it has already been answered forgive me. So just purchased the “Stems” license for my SC5000s now every time I turn on my decks it requires me to reboot to install this feature, is this going to happen everytime always, or is there a way to do it once and have my players start up with the software already good to go?

This should be enabled once you’ve logged into your profile for the first time.
The only issue I would see if there is a connectivity issue validating your license perhaps?
