SC5000M set up and sound on layer 2

Hi, I am still new so please bare with me…

I was gifted a used SC5000M and I can’t get any sound out of Layer 2… I have a Numark scratch mixer and I have both line outs going into the line ins of the mixer but still can’t get any sound from layer b…

I have also updated the drivers, done a reset on the unit and updated again… still nothing…

Any help would be appreciated.

On my P4 / P4+ I can activate or detach the second level
