I’m looking to get a new motor assembly for my SC 6000M. I contacted the online distributor for the part, it’s been out of stock for a few months and they don’t know when they will have any more.
Is Denon not making parts any more so these units can not be repaired?
What’s wrong with the motor?
If I start to play a song, in 5 seconds, the songs stops, plays backwards, then forward, speeds up and slows down and then stops all together. This happens with the platter turned on or off with the motor button.
That’s so wacky. When the motor is turned off, an internal timer is used to manage the speed, instead of using the spindle velocity data. L
