right pitch fader slips and not to zero

Hello everyone, first post here. tell me if i’m at the right spot.

during my gig 2 days ago, the right fader of my dj prime go bugged, and is doing that ever since please find the demo of the problem in this video link :

i’ve tried to reset the machine, and to downgrade to firmware 3.4.0 ( i was on the 4.00 ). but nothing changed.

if you have a solution … i’ve send a ticket to denon last night, awaiting an answer.

Same problem here. Any updates on this. Seems like a hardware problem. Mine is out of warranty - wondering if they can still fix it.
