Right jog wheel not working

its been alil over a year now i have my P2… i notice the right jog wheel start giving some issues… so after update to the latest firmware the problem was still there. i have not use it for some weeks and now i tune it on the jog got even worse. if i touch the jog wheel the music stops but you can not spin back or do a pitch bend either way.

i tried the calibration process but still with the prob.

What may also be worth trying is a different power cable and a different (grounded) power socket. Problems with proper grounding can cause jogwheel issues
