Retrieving main settings on a different EngineOS model

Last night I was DJing in a bar on a friend’s SC Live 4.

When I plugged in my USB drive containing my profile preferences with the various settings from the Prime 2, the SC Live saw the profile and asked if I wanted to use it. I obviously accepted.

But to my surprise, some parameters such as the filter resonance level, jog wheel sensitivity, EQ settings, fader echo quantization values, and some other preset custom behaviors weren’t imported.

I understand, of course, that the Prime 2 and the SC Live 4 are different units. But shouldn’t it be able to import settings that these units share in common?

Am I missing something here?

I think it should definitely use them regardless of model.

That’s what I think too, I understand that there may be settings specific to certain models, but all the basic parameters that are shared between the different models like jog sensitivity, EQ values, filter resonance should be able to be recovered…
