RESOLVED: FX Settings Not Retaining Parameters Between Button Presses and Power Cycles

• Steps to Reproduce: -

1. Select a first FX button (e.g. Echo) and then amend the parameters by reducing the beat (e.g 1/8) and/or wet/dry slider (e.g 10%)
2. Select a second FX button (e.g. Delay) from the one you have set
3. Re-select the Echo FX button
4. View parameters

• Expected Result: For the console to retain the previously selected parameters. In the previous version of Engine OS, all user defined FX parameters were retained between button presses and power cycles.
• Actual Result: Resets to new default value of 1/2 a beat and the wet/dry slider to around 60%
• Reproducibility: 100% of the time. All four buttons behave the same way whenever you switch between any of them.

Hey @Fuzzywuzzymonkey - There is now a toggle in the settings that allows users to retain or reset chosen FX parameters when changing FX and rebooting.

Settings → Mixer → Reset Effects Upon Load → Toggle OFF

You can toggle this OFF and all user defined FX parameters will be retained.
