Good day team, as a former Denon MC3000 and Virtual DJ user, I was used to the setting that reset all effects, pitch and equalizer when loading a song, is there a similar setting in Engine OS?

Nope. This doesn’t exist on engine os
ops, so sad ! 
They have recently added an update to have the FX on button flashing on some devices so it’s easier to see they are still active.
