Rekordbox / Lexicon Import Grid issues

hi all,

Hopefully you can help me, I recently moved from CDJ’s to SC6000 and I’m trying to get my 10k + library into the Engine DJ software. I purchased Lexicon DJ to help with the process and to make it easier going forward when adding new tracks.

Bizarrely though when the files are transferred the meta data all comes across but the grids are way off.

What i’ve noticed though is when I select a track in the software and its BPM value is say 125bpm, the software keeps a BPM value of 120BPM thus rendering the beatgrid all over the place. What’s also strange is that when you enter the correct value the grid is still in need of adjustment.

The guys at Lexicon though can’t replicate this issue, they’ve uploaded my database and everything seems to render correctly.

hi thanks for responding, the limitation there is the deck has to read the file before loading. My objective was to have everything locally stored in a SATA drive, prepped and ready to go
