Yes, a third party app called Lexicon exists for people who want to manage multiple libraries.
Rival companies aren’t going to spend their time creating software to move between their own and the rivals products, thats not really how marketing works, so try the app above or do it manually.
Another option for a one time load from RB to Engine would be to use the utility in Engine Desktop to load your RB library. This is also in the manual.
