Is there a way to repair red tracks in engine prime using Windows please ? Any help appreciated, very annoying

Red tracks are red because they got moved after the location database was created.

You’ll need to use Rekordcloud , lexicon or Engine Tune-up to relocate the files

So a friend is having this problem…and I replaced the file, re-added to the database, works fine on the prep computer, but still red on prime 4. Interesting, right?

There seems to be an issue with tracks packed with special characters on the latest 2.2.1 firmware.

If you hit up support then they maybe able to help or try rolling back to 2.2.0 as that should fix it.
