One of the things Ive gotten used to but still annoys me in engine software on windows: Why cant I reanalyze a track that I have just edited and that is still shown as waveform in the upper section? I have to put another track there so that engine will give me the option “re analyze” when I right click.
Its just a function of the software, you need to eject the track before analysing again. There is an eject button on the top left panel.
Ah ok, never used the eject button. Thanks. Still a pain in the workflow that you can`t reanalyze a track that is shown…makes no sense.
I think its stop people hitting analyse whilst a track is playing, im guessing it would cause potential performance issues.
