is there a way to organize or remove some of the the drop down sort options? I only really sort by BPM, title or play order so it would be nice to hide some of the 11 sort options when you only need 3, you can do this on Rekordbox for CDJ and all in one units so would love to know if it is possible here

No, they definitely can’t be moved or edited.
