Hello, I’m new here and I have a question.
I own an SC Live 4 and have been having recurring problems with Engine DJ when trying to sync/import music and playlists to an external drive.
Sometimes the files transfer normally, but other times the transfer stops, fails, or doesn’t complete correctly. I’ve also had situations where the music appears to be transferring but the expected playlist/files don’t end up on the drive as expected.
I initially thought the problem might be my external drive, so I tried a different name-brand USB drive, freshly formatted as exFAT. It worked correctly at first, including being recognized and playing properly on the SC Live 4, but I eventually experienced transfer problems again.
Is anyone else currently having problems syncing, importing, or transferring music from Engine DJ Desktop to an external drive?
I’m mainly trying to determine whether this is something specific to my setup or whether other Engine DJ users are experiencing similar behavior.
