Problem with Dropbox in 4.2

Hello last night when I play I have one request and I can’t find song on tidal and my library so I go to download song from YouTube to my Dropbox I do this every time when I have some unnormal request. Then I go to my Dropbox on my beautiful :heart_eyes: SC live 4 and what I see NOTHING I can’t see my song’s in Dropbox.

And I write here last time for change load deck screen , is this so difficult to add more info?

With previous versions all files working fine and now with 4.2 I have problem to load song’s.

To load song’s last night I open source and I connect directly with engine os on my PC and I load from PC my request :sob:

Now I downgrade my SC live 4 to 4.1 to work fine with Dropbox.

Edit: I was able to find how to downgrade back to 4.1 and it’s working again. Thanks

I have exactly the same problem with my SC6000 prime and OS 4.2 my dropbox show the music folders but all the files are not found.

Hi there.

Same here with SC Live 4 and Dropbox. The playlist songs are working fine, but when navigating to the dropbox folder to manually load audiofiles, it shows in a all subfolders “No Files”. Seems to be a bug in 4.2.

Any news on how to get rid of it, or when the bug will be fixed? Maybe I also downgrade to 4.1. Can somebody point me to a reference how to achieve this?

There’s a new version (4.2.1) out but I’m not sure what it fixes as there’s no release notes.

Maybe this fixes it? Give it a shot and see what happens.

It’s for Engine DJ and not the hardware at present so not relevant to the issue.

Ahhh. I’d spotted another post on a thread and assumed it was on the hardware all as the release notes mixed in hardware features (normalisation, FLAC etc).

Kind of must that after 4 months this issue is still not fixed. Downgrading to 4.1 works but 50% of the time I need to do a factory reset and down grade to make dropbox and The software load dropbox again. Keep getting Dropbox errors otherwise :man_facepalming:

Now finally there is 4.3, but no words on the big Dropbox/Stems bug. Is it fixed? I fear to update… anyone has tried it already? Thanks in advance :heart_eyes:

I can confirm that v4.2 has the problem : folders on dropbox are visible but no tracks When upgrading to version 4.3.0 or 4.3.1 : folders and tracks are available for streaming online (again)

I tested this on a Mixstream Pro and a Mixstream Go
