Problem wi th cues on prime 4

My hot cues and loops from one end only create don’t appear online is in prime but this create has many drugs what should I do? In addition to I have one more problem when I put hot cues and saved loops to new tracks and i hit the refresh button to update serato creates the hot cues and saved loops dont appear in these songs again… why ? what can i do ? i cant play stand alone due to this problem please help…

i use the latest versions of engine prime

I don’t know if I get you right. But let’s try:

You import your Serato library into Engine desktop and add Hot-Cues and Loops. These will not be visible in Serato, only in Engine. Then sync your library to USB/SD Card and they are not visible in your Prime?
