Problem Hard drive engine prime

Hello I plugged in à Samsung ssd hard drive 500go format in fat 32 to transfer from engine prime To the hd and plug it into prime 4,but the software tells me that the hard drive is not naked and that it needs to be formatted in fat 32 while it is formatted in the right format I’am to windows10 Thanks for your help

Hi @Balus, this does indeed sound like it needs to be reformatted. Firstly make sure the formatting options has MBR (Master Boot Record) selected.

You can also try exFat instead fo Fat32
