When I export playlists to an external device, the songs are exported and appear in the collection, but the playlists that are in the software don’t appear!! I’ve already tried dragging the playlist to the device and through the sync manager, the result is the same!!! I’ve tried on several devices, this started with a device (pen drive) that I used regularly and already had the library exported, one day the playlists stopped appearing!!!
To solve the problem, you need to create a playlist in the library, but using music files from another external SSD. Then, restart the sync manager synchronization process, also exporting the new playlist containing the files from another external SSD. This restores the database. After that, you can delete the playlist created with the new SSD and eject the new SSD.
But I found this solution on my own.
If you wait for in-music to fix the problem you can wait years! Apparently they are not able to fix this problem

guarda io purtroppo uso mac . dopo che hai provato i miei passaggi prova ad usare una usb vuota formattata in ex fat i passaggi sono : prendi una usb vuota formattata mettici dentro un po di canzoni una decina , poi apri engine crea una nuova playlist di prova dentro ci metti le 10 canzoni di quella usb. e poi prova ad esportarla su una nuova usb formattata in ex fat e vedi se funziona se ti esporta la playlist , io fatto cosi poi ho formattato l’ssd interno della prime 4 plus ed anche le usb che usavo per suonare, ho riesportato le playlist e tutto e ripartito ! dopo di che ho eliminato quella playlist di prova e la libreria e ritornata a funzionare,
