I haven’t had that problem, bought about 3yrs. ago updated to 2.4 bout a month ago. Sometimes when I’m playing it’ll just freeze for about 10sec., can’t change record or do anything for those seconds. The good thing is the side that was playing continue to play, but nothing else then back to normal.
Sometimes a corrupt file can cause this check your tunes I’ve found that can be a culprit sometimes
I’ve already started a topic on this as I occasionally have the same issue. It’s not an issue changing between libraries on different drives. It just occasionally hangs for a time, depending on size of library maybe 10 to 15 seconds. No corrupt files in my database either. It’s really random, doesn’t happen often but when it does you can’t even start a track that’s loaded in the next player. So far I’ve had no silent moments but it is a little concerning
