My Prime Go produces noise on the left output. A friend of mine is a very sophisticated hobby audio repair enthusiast and thinks he might be able to help me with the issue, if I can get hold of a service manual for the device. Can anyone help?

You’ll have to do some research to see if the law applies to your product.
Looks like inMusic really does not like to make service manuals available. Hard to understand for me, since this is more and more becoming a legal requirement with the right to repair initiatives, eg by the European Union. Plus DenonDJ being excellent and generous on providing free firmware updates. Also it looks like other brands are way more liberal in this respect. Let‘s wait and see, maybe this changes in the future. Would be great to get my Go repaired without replacing whole boards.
