Is there a way to hear the aux input and mix input in the headphones on the Prime Go Plus?
No, it’s routed directly to the master output.

I hate that I can’t hear aux in headphones.
And if it is routed to master, then it should be heard when knob is set to hear master and cue on headphones.
I’ll find out for sure when I open it up, but most likely desolder the headphone and cue/master blend knob. Then make a pcb with a passive cue/master blend knob with the cue connected to one side and rca side of master output soldered to the master side. Connect the output of that to the headphone connector. I’ll probably toss a split cue circuit in there as well.
