I just got the Prime Go (and I updated it to the latest firmware version ) and it was playing all my folders and tracks on my SD card when all the sudden all the Prime Go screen showed all my SD card content in RED and it was unable to play anything anymore, now it won’t even detect the SD card, any suggestion to solve this problem? Is it something that usually happens? Should I return it…? Thank you in advance.
Are you using a miniSD card with a adaptor?
SD card must be formatted in either ExFAT or FAT32

Yes, I’ve had 2-3 adapters crap out on laptop. Switch to a proper SD card or a recommended (fast) USB memory stick.
