Prime go issue

Hi all, hope all is great. Has anyone had an issue when you press the encoder loop engage button and the track that goes into loop suddenly speeds away real fast for no reason. Please let me know to fix this issue. Again this is on the prime go,

Sounds like you have quantise on and the beat grid not set correctly.

Yes, not a bug quantize on (set to 1 beat)
