Hello Engine community. I seem to have an issue with my browse knob in the center of the Prime go. It seems to be over sensitive. If I am very careful and gentle it will move up or down the browse list by 1 song at a time… Other times it seems to jump like 8 songs up or down and makes it difficult to navigate the playlists I have… I haven’t seen this problem on my SC5000s… So I’m wondering if maybe the knob sensor is a little faulty? How does one go about servicing this in Canada normally?

If you hit support up they can advise on the next steps for a repair. It sounds like the encoder is misbehaving.

Are you using it as a controller with DJ software or standalone? If standalone, MrWilks is correct and it’s a hardware problem. A blast of compressed air might help, before you go the servicing route.
