Hey, so when connecting my Prime 4 to my PC with serato it connects like the I can cue, play, etc., but the screen just stays in “computer mode” but in videos, the screen on the Prime 4 shows the library, etc. But for me it stays at “computer mode” Is that normal?
Are there drivers that you need for your PC to facilitate the functionality?
Yeah as Stu said, make sure drivers and the latest firmware are fully installed and reboot everything. You shouldn’t see that when connected to Serato DJ. Also use the blue USB cable that came with the Prime 4.
