PRIME 4 Unable to Log In, Constantly Redirects to Wi-Fi Connection Page

My PRIME 4 fails to load the login QR code screen for unknown reasons. After the loading animation finishes, it keeps prompting me to connect to Wi-Fi even though I’m already connected. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps with no success:

  1. I am definitely connected to Wi-Fi, and I’ve tested several different networks, including both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Using a VPN or phone hotspot also does not resolve the issue. The Wi-Fi signal works perfectly fine — the unit can detect all nearby wireless networks, and my hardware is discoverable within Engine Prime software.
  2. I first encountered this bug back on firmware version 4.0. I hoped updating to 5.0 would fix it, yet the problem persists across multiple different firmware releases I’ve installed since then.

I’ve tried all those steps, but the issue still persists exactly the same.
