Prime 4 plus with dvs

I have a prime 4 plus with a reloop rp7000mk2 hooked to it and can play vinyl throu it in standalone but when i try to go dvs through serato it doesnt pick up the turntable in the audio settings is there any tutorials or can anyone tell me where to find info on getting this to work. There seems to be little to no info on how to do it with the prime 4 plus

I might be wrong but I don’t think turntables work with DVS through the Prime 4+, you would need a separate sound card in order to do that.

Edit: scratch that, it works but you need the Serato DVS add on in order to make it work.

Yea man i know all of that already its listed in the manual im saying when i have it linked to my laptop serato doesnt recognise or let me map the controll vinyl and theres literally no info anywhere on how to troubleshoot it

Have you downloaded the quick start guide? Are you putting the Prime 4 in computer mode? Is there some setting on the channel select button that needs to be changed to allow the DVS signal to flow through? (USB mode or similar?)

Prime 4+ does not communicate with the computer in stand alone mode. So it will not send the audio thru USB from the inputs. Only computer mode allows the usage of the audio in/outs in Serato.
