Prime 4+ no Track playing possible via WiFi from Mac

When I connect my MacBook Pro M1 via Network with the Prime 4+ I can see my Engine playlist but can’t play the Tracks. Always got the message “Track Download failed”. Router is next to the Prime 4+, Signal strength ist 80% No Network Filters or firewalls are enabled. Access to Engine is allowed. Any Ideas?

Hi, I don’t have any ideas with regards to your issues I am afraid. However, since I have updated to 4.01, I am now having issues with maintaining a stable service with Tidal. Firstly, I am required to log on to my DJ profile in order to use Tidal, never had to for the previous 2 years. Okay, no problem with that other than the few minutes of new inconvenience. However, the main issue is a sudden log out of my profile which cancels the steaming service and of course the music. This has not happened during a gig (I don’t rely on the SS for music other than the odd request anyway) but has happened a few times at home recently to start to become annoying. Maybe your issue and mine might be related in some way if your issues have been since the latest update. Maybe some of the more learned tech heads have an idea?!

Update: Only a few tracks are possible to download and play. It seems like a random principle. My library has only around 5.000 Tracks. Playing and loading same tracks from USB Stick makes no problems. Seems to be a bug in the latest firmware?

Update:

My tracks and Playlists are all imported via Lexicon. Its was an attitude problem in Lexicon.

Problem fixed- you have to set the checkbox “Engine remote library” and everything works fine.
