Prime 4 headphone cue / master knob is turning up the master out volume. Any idea what it could be. Also the fader contour stopped working. It’s basically stuck on slow fade.
Firstly I would check and update (or reload) the firmware as that gets you onto the very latest version (if you’re not on it already). Make sure it’s the Prime 4 firmware and maybe try the computer and USB method as that is a different way of updating that can be pretty robust.
Then I would do a factory reset in the menu as the next point. It’s quick and easy and can help clear out any unwanted glitches in the firmware after an update.
I’ve seen people mention this before with the Mixstream devices and a reload of the firmware seems to get things working again.
