Hey, has anyone had this issue with the Prime 4+?
I’m running Engine OS 5.0.4 in standalone mode with a Rekordbox USB plugged in. This has happened to me twice now after approximately an hour of mixing. I get a really loud “pop”, then I completely lose the master audio. The master VU meters drop to zero and then no sound.
Everything else seems to works normally, and the weirdest part is that as soon as I reboot the Prime 4+, everything is immediately back to normal.
Could this be a known Engine OS/software issue? Has anyone experienced something similar or found a fix/workaround?
I have gigs coming up soon so I’d really like to figure this out before it happens during an event. Thanks!
