Prime 4 Line In Sound issues

Hey Community, I have the Prime 4 a year now my line in 4 seems to be broken. It is always redlining no matter how little I move the fader. When I put it on the headphones it also sounds really bad.

I noticed it after a different DJ used that line in for his setup at my wedding. I provided the speakers and used the Prime 4 for dinner music and as a mixer.

Can it be that him always red lining his mixer broke the line in?

Check if your line/phono switch on the back is not set to phono

Thanks @SlayForMoney. That was the issue. Just tested it and it works. I have no idea how that happened but will double check again at the next jobs.
