Hello, I have the following problem. When I use the Prime 4 (1.6.2) with Virtual DJ (current version) everything works fine, including the screen. However, it happens sporadically that the LED chain of the channel (not the main channel output that works) freezes. The performance pads also freeze (only the color, they work perfectly). Even if I restart Virtual DJ the LEDs stay frozen. Only when I restart the Prime 4 do the displays reset. Had this phenomenon repeated now.
Maybe @PKtheDJ can help you, as he is our VDJ + Prime 4 expert.

Assign the command reinit_controller to a custom buttton or pad. Then if it happens you just click and it should correct itself.
