Hi all , I recently purchased a used prime 4+, with me working in logistics this time of year I’ve only really been getting a single day off so I found one on market place.
Anyhow I travelled a few hours for it after night shift. and by the time I got there straight from night shift It was late and never had to much time to check it out as much as I should off plus I was super tired. Its my first ever all in one after been out of DJing for the last few years.
Anyway I’ checked the main things like large dents on the side etc and button’s. But that was all okay
I’ve got a back ome had a bit sleep and seen a few little things I’m not sure if if it’s worthy issuing a charge back for my card for .
On the prime 4+ should the pad buttons actually click ? Or do they just get tapped ? The pads on mine won’t click at all I presumed this was by design?
It does have a few marks on one of the sides of the Feet and a little mark around the area around it. It’s also got some fairly big scratches on the underside belly of the unit.
Everything else seems okay, I did get it for a decent price but not a to good to be true price but I got a hd and a magma case included.
Last thing is I wanted this Pacific one as the seller had original order receipt which if needed with his help would be covered under warranty still , however for some reason seller has placed a metal Denon speaker sticker on the unit. I did not even think it was not supposed to be there but I’m worried if I take it off it will leave a Mark as it’s a white unit. Also worried of they refuse warranty because technically it’s been modified because of it. It’s one of those metal stickers as well used on speakers… And there was also peaces of Velcro stick to the unit underneath I’m presuming of some kind of bag.
Really not to sure if I should see about getting a refund. I will power it up tomorrow properly.
Thanks all.
