Prime 4 has gone bat poo crazy!

My prime 4 has gone mad on me over the last month. It works fine for around 20 minutes and then everything goes wrong. The video shows just one example of what happens when I play with it, most of the buttons do not do what they are supposed to. The jump buttons select the next track instead of jumping beats, play button doesn’t do anything. It becomes unplayable! I have installed an older version 2.2 and it was the same, back up to the latest version and it still the same. Anybody else had something similar or can anybody help?

That most certainly looks like a hardware fault - it’ll need an authorised service centre to look at it - that double/triple flash doesn’t look like anything that firmware would do - especially not in any sort of warmed up / only doesn’t it after the first 20 mins etc
