Suddenly my prime 4 before entering in computer mode ejects the internal drime so I don’t see it mounted in Engine Dj drives and it is not possible to exporto new music. As I quit the computer mode no internal drive is detected on the unit and I have to shut it down and turn it back on so that it will load it again. PLEASE HELP.!!!
this notice appears so quickly that I had to record a video and pick the right frame to read it
